Our highly trained sampling staff has more than 30 years of experience and performs periodic sampling at dozens of industrial facilities under order from U.S. EPA, state water boards, air districts, and various local regulatory agencies. All Locus sampling personnel maintain current Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) certification, so they are prepared for sites where hazardous materials are being sampled.

Locus has met permit monitoring requirements for discharge of treated air and water, including National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) and Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) requirements, for many sites. Our extensive sampling experience at numerous Superfund sites, which have the tightest quality assurance/quality control standards in the environmental industry, has resulted in a non-compromising work ethic that we apply to all of our projects.
